Level II Iyengar Yoga classes integrate yoga philosophy (Patanjali's Yoga Sutras) and pranayama (breathing practice). These classes are for students who are confident in coming up in head balance (sirsasana) and have experience in the Level I class *A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.* |
