Intermediate & Advanced Iyengar Yoga 

Intermediate and Advanced Iyengar Yoga classes integrate yoga philosophy (Patanjali's Yoga Sutras) and pranayama (breathing practice). These classes are for students who are confident in coming up in head balance (sirsasana) and have at least one year of experience.  (Or contact instructor.)

*A 6-Class Package includes one class per week, for 6 consecutive weeks. If you are unable to attend your scheduled classes, we encourage you to attend similar classes within the allotted 6 weeks.*

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga: Wednesday 7 pm (90 minutes)
